Curator's Notes 

There is something about old fashioned coffee grinders that add to the experience of drinking coffee but there is nothing old fashioned about the functionality behind the grinding mechanism of this particular piece. The manual grinder has been thoroughly considered as it can be adjusted to your preferred grind settings for the perfect cup every time. If you appreciate the finer nuances of coffee preparation you would be happy to know that the burrs of this piece are made of ceramic that delicately shaves each whole bean for a more consistent grind instead of crushing it.
